Belly up to the bar

The first day has gone very well. The puppies were very quiet last night and I got up several times to see if they were breathing. I know nervouse grandma. Here is what happens when they belly up to the milk bar and the aftermath.

Welcome to the world "N" Litter

Yep that is right the puppies have arrived. First water broke at 3:37 and the puppy was born at 3:41 a.m. that is. We welcomed to the world 5 boys and 1 girl. I am estatic to have many many boys.. LOVE the boys.

Hula and babies are doing GREAT. All the puppies are quiet and happy, well fed and warm. Let the good times begin. Their birth order is Mr White, Mr Red, Mr Blue, Mr Green, Miss Yellow and Mr Orange.

We are truly surprised and very pleased. I will let you follow the numbers. This hasn't been the smoothest time for Hula as we know as of now one puppy has died in utero. She is healthy and happy, the rest of the puppies are doing great. The milk truck has pulled in and is primed and ready to go, now we are just watching the days go by!



Time is a ticking and the puppies will be here soon.

Semi Count

Due to Hula getting pretty big pretty fast I had a gut feeling that there were more than 2 puppies and yep there sure is. She is going to be having between 5 and 7 puppies. We did another ultra sound today, so the count is not accurate. But for sure more than two that we saw on the first ultrasound. YEAH!
